INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS - Integrity partners has been engaged by a consortium of secondary schools to find a solution to safely bring international students back into New Zealand.
Integrity Partners has been engaged to provide a safe user pays solution to provide additional capacity for the Government's COVID-19 isolation and border security.
The purpose of this user pays solution is to allow controlled entry through our border to suitable non citizens, i.e. international students, sports teams. The result ensures a successful outcome for all stakeholders and secures strategic economic assets.
Our people have a diverse background working for Government agencies including Defence, Health and Emergency Services. Our team are both formerly and currently involved in the Government led COVID 19 isolation and quarantine
response. Their experience is both in strategic planning, leadership roles and the hands on operations of running Government isolation facilities.
Integrity Partners can leverage our diverse background to replicate the current Government approach to isolation, producing a user pays commercial isolation facility, allowing an alternative method of entry for non residents, i.e. students, sports people, labourers, film crews.
Integrity Partners have partnered with a consortium of New Zealand Secondary Schools to focus on a solution to bring international students back in to New Zealand. The Education sector is New Zealand's fifth largest income earner, generating $5 billion for our economy. Of this $5 billion secondary schools make up $1 billion as such it is a strategic economic asset.
Our solution ensures all stakeholders win. We can operate a user pays isolation facility that is identical to the current Government lead model:
1 - Continuity - Our people have been part of the Government led isolation to date, this means they understand the current best practice and can effectively communicate and report through already established channels, this ensures continuity.
2 - Economic recovery - Government can secure strategic economic assets (i.e. students recruiting agencies) by allowing flexibility at the border via our user pays solution, and maintain a $1 billion dollar industry. This will enhance the economic recovery.
3 - This solution costs the tax payer nothing!
4 - Business As Usual - We can run the user pays model for non NZ citizens and residents whilst the Government led isolation continues BAU. This harmonious approach enhances future national planning allowing Government departments such as Defence to return to their core focus (BAU i.e. training), reducing future attrition.
5 - Job creation - Our model employs former Defence, Police, Nursing Staff etc creating new jobs to people who are finding it tough to make ends meet in a market where jobs are scarce. Further freeing up jobs for every day kiwis.
