How we keep our guest safe
1 - Before onboarding our guest will conduct a pre travel screen, a negative COVID test is required 24 hours before boarding the plane.
2 - Daily health screening.
3 - Diligent application of social distancing.
4 - Day 0, 3, 12 and exit COVID testing.
5 - Sequential filling of accomodation, i.e. no day 1 guests in the same location as day 13.
6 - Direct access to welfare professionals, phycologist, translators, counsellors, fitness coaches, daily education and induction program.
7 - Trained, experienced and professional staff.
8 - All minors travel with a parental guardian.
9 - Contractual agreements stipulate non complicate will result in a user pays return flight to country of origin.

1 - Our accomodation facility will be secured using key point protection principals, to ensure everyone is safe. Furthermore our staff are suitably trained and motivated to ensure our security is 100%.

3 - Our staff will conduct daily health screening and regular COVID testing, ensuring they are safe to return to their Whanau.
